EnhanceTools / Product guide

Everything you need to use the workspace confidently.

Guidev0.1Windows and macOS

One workspace, shaped around your day

EnhanceTools combines writing, planning, focus, wellbeing, personalization, and security in a desktop experience for teachers and working professionals. You can keep the workspace simple and enable more advanced modules only when they are useful.

Clear product status. The current demo proves accounts, the 24-hour trial, licensing, device access, and service communication. Native desktop tools and custom detection models continue through testing before release.

Getting started

  1. 1
    Create an account.

Register with email or an available sign-in provider. Your 24-hour evaluation begins when the account is created.

  2. 2
    Connect your computer.

Sign in on the web, create a temporary pairing code, and enter it in the desktop app. Pairing codes expire quickly and work once.

  3. 3
    Choose your modules.

Start with writing, planning, and notifications, then add vault, security, health, receipt, and personalization tools as needed.

  4. 4
    Review privacy choices.

Decide what remains only on the computer and which optional information can be associated with your account.

Daily tools

The workspace is designed for repeated, practical tasks rather than attention-heavy dashboards.

Writing support

Grammar suggestions help refine everyday writing. Essay review presents signals and context for human review; it does not claim to prove authorship.

Todo and habits

Use a simple daily list or expand into projects, recurring routines, habit streaks, and progress history when you need more structure.

Notifications

Choose which applications can interrupt you, where a notification appears, how long it stays, and which sound it uses.

Health and receipts

Keep optional wellbeing notes, meal records, and food receipt details together without making them part of your public account profile.

You stay in control. Personal wellbeing and receipt modules are optional. The app should remain useful without asking for sensitive lifestyle information.

Security tools

EnhanceTools presents evidence, uncertainty, and next actions. Security results should assist careful judgment rather than create false certainty.

Security view

See a clear posture summary, the checks that contributed to it, and useful next actions instead of an unexplained percentage.

Password and passkey manager

Organize sign-in details and use supported operating-system protection for sensitive credentials and passkey access.

AI voice review

Review voice recordings for multiple synthetic-audio signals. Results include uncertainty and should support, not replace, a human decision.

Suspicious file review

Inspect supported files through a protected analysis flow. Never treat one result as permission to run an unknown file.

Important. A detection score is not proof that a person used AI, that a recording is fake, or that a file is safe. Confirm high-impact decisions with additional evidence and qualified review.

Trial and licensing

Every new account receives one 24-hour evaluation. Continued desktop access uses an activation key issued after payment is confirmed through the operator or an external marketplace.

  1. 1
    Evaluate.

Use the full demo period to confirm that the product fits your computer and daily workflow.

  2. 2
    Contact the operator.

Choose the personal or team option and complete payment through the agreed external channel.

  3. 3
    Activate.

Enter the provided key once to connect the license to your account and an allowed computer.

  4. 4
    Manage access.

View connected devices from your account and contact support when a device needs to be replaced.

Privacy choices

Sensitive desktop information should stay close to the person who owns it. EnhanceTools separates local personal data from the account information needed to provide access.

  • Local by defaultVault, passkey, health, receipt, habit, and theft-protection information is designed to remain protected on your computer unless a future sync option is explicitly enabled.
  • Minimum account dataYour account keeps the information needed for identity, evaluation, licensing, connected devices, and service history.
  • Visible choicesModules that need additional access should explain the request at the moment it is needed and remain usable with sensible fallbacks.
  • Revocable accessConnected computers and licenses can be disabled when a device is lost, replaced, or no longer trusted.

Credential care. Never send a password, passkey private key, activation token, or full security report through an untrusted message or public support post.

Support

For account, license, device, or marketplace questions, contact the operator using the address listed on this site. Include your account email and the last four visible characters of the relevant key, never the complete secret.

Account and license help

Use support for activation, device replacement, expired access, or a license that does not match the purchased plan.

Product feedback

Describe the operating system, the module involved, what you expected, and what happened. Remove passwords and private documents before attaching anything.

Accessibility matters. Report pointer contrast, reduced-motion, keyboard navigation, notification timing, or text-fitting problems as product issues.
